Orange County, CA (Feb. 13, 2006)— The MenuLink .NET back office solution has been recently named as a Microsoft Retail Application
Developer (RAD) award finalist in the “In-Store Systems” category for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. MenuLink products
are currently used in more than 8,000 food service sites.
“We’re excited to be named a finalist in this prestigious competition,” said Ron Whitaker, MenuLink founder and vice president, in the
Radiant Hospitality Division. “We’re also very proud of the .NET solution because it’s proven to make the restaurant operator’s life easier with
constant visibility into operational information.” Restaurant operators can increase profitability by controlling labor and material costs through
real-time information available via a Web browser. The MenuLink .NET product is an intuitive, multilingual and centralized Internet-based back
office application that operates even when an Internet connection is unavailable. more»

A customer places a “to go” order at the counter. They rush home with their food to discover that the cashier did not capture their order correctly. The result? A customer lost forever. Scenarios like this happen daily in your restaurant. What can you do to prevent costly errors and the negative impact that they have on your bottom line?
Visual order confirmation is essential in the quick service restaurant industry. Today's customers
demand speed and accuracy, as well as extensive menu options. In addition, they have grown accustomed
to being able to modify their order to their exact specifications. Used in conjunction with the P1500
series of POS terminals, the Aloha Order Confirmation Solution is the smartest technology investment
a hospitality operator can make to maximize customer satisfaction. more»
Studio Movie Grill, a very successful movie theater/restaurant with two locations in North Texas,
recently switched from using Aloha TableService on traditional POS terminals to using it on
handheld terminals. Texas Cash Register, a Dallas-based Aloha/Radiant Reseller organization,
introduced Studio Movie Grill to Aloha TableService in 2001.
“We switched to handheld terminals to expedite the customer experience so that they can get
their food faster and more efficiently,” said Brian Schultz, president and founder of Studio
Grill. “Using handhelds to take customer orders cuts a whole step out of the ordering process.
It saves walking and time.” more»
